26th July 2010 - Ashwani Tewari has joined BAeHAL as Head – IT Services
During his more than 30 years of service in IT industry, prior to joining BAeHAL, Ashwani held various Technical / Management positions, including Delivery Head, SAI Systems International Inc., Vice President (Technology) for Indiacom Limited, Asst General Manager MASTEK limited and head of Computer Services of Hindustan Aeronautics Limited, Nasik, India.
Ashwani has lead cross functional teams with diverse technical backgrounds. Well-organized result oriented individual with proven ability to implement standards, procedures and processes (SEI CMM & PCMM) that improve business functionality. Sound management skills capable of leading and motivating individuals to maximize levels of productivity, while forming creative, highly energized cohesive team environment.
Ashwani holds a masters degree in Business Adminitration from IGNOU, India, Masters degree in Mathematics from University of Kurukshetra and Post Graduate Diploma in Numerical Analysis and Automatic Computing (Computer Science) from University of Kurukshetra, India.
Ashwani has published a number of articles namely “Empowerment - Key to Commitment & Accountability for results”, “Eyeballs are not enough!”, “Is it safe to shop on the net?”, “Web life style - Are we ready?” & “ARI - An aid for operations management”. Ashwani also has delivered a number of lectures for Management Institutes covering topics like motivation, People capability maturity model, Software Capability Maturity Model, Transactional Analysis.

9th October 2009 - BAeHAL Employees Meet
BAeHAL employees meet was held on 9th October 2009 at BAeHAL. Nearly 300 employees attended the function. Mr. J. Shankar, CEO addressed the employees.
In his maiden address, he made known to the employees the roadmap for the growth of the company. He urged all employees to be brand ambassadors of BAeHAL to stay atop of the global Aerospace Industry.
Mr. J. Shankar shared his views about customer concern, employee concern which are anchoring points to a successful Organization.

1st October 2009 - Mr. J. Shankar – Chief Executive Officer
Mr. J. Shankar has taken over as Chief Executive Officer of BAeHAL Software Ltd. with effect from 1st October 2009. Mr. J. Shankar is a Graduate engineer with a post graduate diploma from Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore. He has Vast experience in Aerospace industry. Mr. Shankar was heading the Helicopter division of HAL prior to the present assignment at BAeHAL Software Ltd.
July 2009 - Enterprise Architecture Certification
BAeHAL associates from the Enterprise Application and System Integration practice area participated in the TOGAF certification programme conducted by Architecting-the-Enterprise in June 2009. They were awarded TOGAF 8 certification by The Open Group in July 2009.
